After sourcing the best ingredients, following the hygiene standards, making all the nutritional analysis, it finally comes to the Chefs who make the magic happen.  They are like orchestra maestro who conducts a symphony of taste, while keeping the food rich in variety so that our consumers have reasons to look forward to their meal breaks.

Cooking is a perfect blend of Science and Art, besides being one of the oldest rituals in the history of mankind. You don’t have to be a chef or even a particularly good cook to experience proper kitchen alchemy: the moment when ingredients combine to form something more delectable than the sum of their parts.

Each ingredient has a story to tell, and our team of skilled chefs with wide ranging experience from around the globe makes sure that it is not lost in translation.

Besides being masters of their own specialized cuisines, our chefs are also well trained in all aspects of kitchen management, starting from indenting, forecasting, hygiene, nutrition, Food science and understanding the special needs of our target consumer group. Our chefs make sure that the food we bring to our consumers is:

  1. Made from seasonal produce
  2. Made in house, daily, and fresh.
  3. Made with wide variety in taste and using different cuisines
  4. Made without artificial flavoring agents like MSG or preservatives.
  5. Made following the Standardized recipes so that the taste and the nutrients stay the same.

The team works with the endeavor to make their product better every day and to simply, be the best at what they do.

To me, there’s no great chef without a great team.
